A graphitization furnace is the ultra high-temperature furnace used to convert carbon-based materials into graphite through a process called graphitization. This involves heating the material to extreme temperatures (typically 2500-3000°C) in an inert or reducing atmosphere to promote the transformation of amorphous carbon into crystalline graphite.
By heating graphite up to 3000 °C at Carbotech furnace, carbon based materials' properties will be improved greatly. The graphitization furnace can convert carbon-based materials into graphite by heating them to extremely high temperatures, typically from 2300C(4172F) up to 3000C(5432F). Carbotech graphitization furnaces can be used in the production of electrodes, NU-clear reactor components, Li-ion batteries anode, Solid-state batteries,biomass, sodium battery, CF carbon fiber, CC composites and other advanced carbon-based materials.

Q1:What's the heating elements and insulation of furnace?
A1: Graphite retort(crucible) and graphite felt insulation.
Q2:What's the heating method?
A2: Induction heating, with special design of induction coil and insulation, fast heating rate and long service life compared with resistance heating, the replacement heater is quite easy and the cost is comparatively low.
Q3:Can you customize the size?
A3: Yes, we have professional team, we can customize the hot zone size, vacuum degree, loading type...for your speical needs.
Q4:What's the optional device?

Q5:What's the temp measure range?
