Q1:What's the heating elements and insulation of furnace?
A1: Graphite retort(crucible) and graphite felt insulation.
Q2:What's the heating method?
A2: Induction heating, with special design of induction coil and insulation, fast heating rate and long service life compared with resistance heating, the replacement heater is quite easy and the cost is comparatively low.
Q3:Can you customize the size?
A3: Yes, we have professional team, we can customize the hot zone size, vacuum degree, loading type...for your speical needs.
Q4:What's the optional device?
A4: Cooling device(chiller or closed cooling tower)
Q5:What's the temp measure range?
A5: there are 2 options, 1 is from 1000C-3000C; 1 is from 250-3000C.
Q6:What's the operation method?
A6: Support both PID Auto control and MAN control.
Q7:What's the working atmosphere?
A7: Support both vacuum(under 2000C) and Argon atmosphere.
Q8:Does sample testing availavle?
A8: Yes, the clients shall pay for testing, samples should be carbon based materies and should be preheated.

A9: TT, 40% down payment, 60% balance paid before delivery.

A10: usually it's about 65 days since receiving deposit, it depends on the quantity

A11: Yes, but the client shall bear the overseas fee.
