General Introduction
Lab vacuum tube furnace adopts high pure alumina or quartz tube, working temperature from 300ºC to 1600ºC. Adopt an advanced temperature control system, high temperature accuracy, easy operation, excellent heat-insulation effect, symmetrical temperature uniformity. Mainly used for labs of the university, research center, and production enterprise, etc.

1200ºC (HRE Fe-Cr-Al-Mo wire)
1400ºC (SiC Heater)
1600ºC (MoSi2 Heater)

Below 1200ºC, Quartz tube

Double-layer furnace shell, fan cooling, surface temp below 60ºC

SUS304 stainless steel double-layer sealing flange
Adjustable flange support structures at both endsm extend the service life of the furnace tube
