The Laboratory silicon carbide sintering furnace is a key equipment for producing silicon carbide. The silicon carbide products sintered by the equipment with excellent process performance. * It has a high degree of automation and can realize one-key replacement (vacuuming the furnace and flushing argon gas). The water, electricity and gas are automatically monitored during the operation. The touch screen simulation can observe the equipment operation status at any time. The equipment alarm indication, temperature rise curve, and power on and off operations can all be viewed and operated on the touch screen.

* The furnace body is a double-layer water-cooled structure, all made of 304 stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance and airtightness. The insulation material is made of high-purity graphite felt, which is durable. All electrical components are reliable brands at home and abroad, and the operation is reliable.

* High safety, the furnace body is equipped with an automatic pressure relief valve, which is safe and reliable. The sensor part is equipped with a flow switch to monitor the water flow in real time. The power supply strictly and effectively sets the over-current value and over-voltage value as required.

* The experimental silicon carbide sintering furnace equipment can be equipped with a special circulating water cooling system for medium frequency power supply and a protective gas purification device. The special circulating water cooling system for medium frequency power supply can effectively reduce and eliminate equipment failures caused by cooling water quality problems, ensuring long-term normal production of the equipment. The protective gas purification device can provide the purity of the protective gas, extend the service life of the insulation material in the furnace, and reduce production costs.
